We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 10 days from your delivery.
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
You must notify us immediately and prior to returning an item. Return shipping is not paid by Winona Garden Railway.
Returns must have the original packing and be as in new condition.
Returns will be store credit or exchange only, and only after we have received the defective item for evaluation.
No returns on electrical items, used items, or clearance items.
